Abstract: Teachers are main factors for educational quality,and teachers'morality is a primary element for their quality.It is indispensable to have ranks of high quality teachers in order to run universities and colleges well.Investigation and analysis of the status quo of teachers'morality have been made in Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for building up noble-minded teacher morality have been put forward from different aspects.There is a useful reference for most of college teachers who love their educational course and serve their students heart and soul.
