企业培训投资——收益问题经济分析

Economic Analysis of the Investment and Income of Enterprise Training

  • 摘要: 培训可以让人力资本升值,为企业带来长期效益,但员工培训后离职给企业带来损失,如何弥补培训投资成本损失是管理者经常考虑的问题.本文将利用经济学原理分析企业培训前后投资成本与收益问题,找出合理解决培训投资成本分担方法,希望对企业有效解决培训后员工流失造成的培训投资成本损失问题提供参考.

     

    Abstract: Training may let the human capital revaluation,bring the long-term benefit for the enterprise,however,employee leave job brings the loss to enterprise after being trained,thus,It is a important question for employers to think this question.We will use the economic principle to analysis the enterprise training cost and income in this article,to find out the reasonable solution to the training investment cost.
