Abstract: Construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is a great decision made by the provincial party committee and the provincial government. This construction contributes to contemporary times and confers benefits to the future generations. Jiujiang,which possesses two-thirds of the waters of Poyang Lake,should play the leading role in promoting the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,and take advantage of this national strategy to catch up with the developed regions.
