Tactics for skills training in interpreting teaching

  • 摘要: 口译教学研究一直是外语教学界的一个薄弱环节,也是当前亟待解决的重要课题之一.本文通过对吉尔连续口译训练模式的分析,提出了口译教学其实质是技能教学的论点,并归纳了连续口译所涉及的四种基本技能.然后针对四种不同技能特点和要求,提出了一些切实的训练方法和教学建议.希望对当前口译教学的改革和教学策略的创新能提供一些启示.

     

    Abstract: The research on in terpreting teaching,which was once neglected in the field of ELT,has become a burning issue of the day.Based upon a comprehensive analysis of Daniel Gile's Model for interpreter training,the paper argues that interpreting teaching is in essence skills and techniques training.Meanwhile,it sums up four essential skills that consecutive interpretation actually involves.Attempts have been made to explore some tactics for the drills of each skill in class,intending to bring some innovative ideas to the reform of interpreting teaching.
