Abstract: The regional transferring of industry is significant for the industrial restructuring,and nowadays it has become the vital factor for promoting the quick economic development of Jiangxi province.On one hand,Jiangxi province possesses superior location,resource and transportation,which are favorable for it to carry on industrial transferring;on the other hand,unfavorable conditions also exists in Jiangxi province, such as imperfect institutional environment,unreasonable industrial planning and ownership structure.In the process of carrying on industrial transferring,the foreign-funded enterprises shall be the backbones of the industrial transferring,and the private enterprises and the state- owned enterprises take the second important place.The breakthrough of carrying on industrial gradient transferring shall be distributed in Nanchang,Jiujiang,Shangrao,Yingtan and Ganzhou.The investment environment shall be further improved,and the comprehensive cost of enterprises shall be lowered.
