Probing into the innovation of the continuing education

  • 摘要: 本文通过杭州金融管理干部学院的创立、发展过程,不断探索适合该校的办学模式,终于选择了继续教育,并在实践中,对继续教育的内涵、培养目标、课程设置、教学方式等多方面的创新进行探讨和分析,积累了宝贵的经验,卓有成效地为银行系统培养了一批批优秀干部.

     

    Abstract: This paper, according to the founding and developing process of Hangzhou Financial Management Cadres College, discusses the connotation of the continuing education, the training objective, curriculum setup and teaching method and thinks that the continuing education has fostered a great number of excellent cadres.
