The art of reserving mid-level directors in modern enterprises

  • 摘要: 企业人力资源管理中最大的问题出在中层,而中层主管是企业组织中非常重要的角色,具有非常特殊的地位.目前,我国企业经营者对中层主管认识不足,重视不够.就现代企业应采取什么方法留住中层主管作一些探讨.

     

    Abstract: The most serious problem of human resources management in enterprises is the issue of the middle-level management.However, the mid-level directors take special position and play a very important role in enterprise organization.At present,Chinese enterprise ex ecutives cannot fully recognize the importance of mid-level directors and give them enough and suitable attention.This article discusses how modern enterprises should reserve the mid-level directors.
