Abstract: Through investigation and research on many aspects,we have basically made clear the problems and reasons existing in the language and literature ability of science and engineering students in our university.On the basis of consulting the successful methods of other universities,we have posed some strategies in order to solve these problem,and have put them into practice and exploration in language and literature teaching and studying in our university and have achieved some initial effects.
