Reflection on the Human Resources Management of the State-owned Commercial Banks

  • 摘要: 中国入世后,金融业面临更为激烈的竞争形势,竞争的核心问题是人才问题.国有商业银行既要考虑如何留住人才,还要注意提高人才队伍素质和加强、完善人才管理的配套措施.

     

    Abstract: Financial circles face sharper competition after China joined WTO.The key is human resources.What a state-owned commercial bank considers is not only how to keep enough human resources,but also pay attention to enhancing the quality of workers and strengthen the management of human resources.
