Abstract: The realization of college students' administrative legalization is necessary requirement for running a country and a college by law. Under the new situation college should change administrative ideal,and be cautious of decision-making power while running a college,set down college disciplines by law and establish proper procedure. The college should earnestly normalize administrative action both in entities and in procedures so that running a college could come true.
