Evolution of the Japanese Textbook System after the War

  • 摘要: 战后日本的教科书审定制度是建立在废除战前教科书国定制基础上的,它取消了日本国家对教科书的绝对统制,并以民主、和平为基本原则,具有一定的进步意义,但同时又具有局限性.自从战后初期确立教科书审定制度以来,日本政府先后分三次对该制度进行了不同程度的修改,并在这一过程中以"简化"、"公正"为名,不断加强政府在教科书审定制中的权力.而日本政府在教科书审定制中权力的不断加强,便是战后以来日本历史教科书问题的制度性根源.

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the abolishment of the national examination of the textbooks before the war,the Japanese textbook system after the war has called off the national absolute dominance over the textbooks,and guided by the basic principle of democracy and peace,is of progressive significance as well as of limitation.Since the textbook examination system was established at the early period after the war,the Japanese government has modified it three times to a different degree and constantly increased the government's power in examination of textbook system in the name of simplification and fairness,which is the cause of the historic problem of the Japanese textbook system after the war.
