Abstract: The enterprise incubator is an artificial environment of fostering the innovation system of SME.On the basis of the advanced experience of building the incubator at home and abroad,the paper puts forward some suggestions about the building and development of the business model of the science and technology enterprise incubator to expand the economy of Jiangxi province by leaps and bounds.
