Abstract: Innovation can be divided into government innovation,enterprise innovation and social innovation.Building an innovation-oriented country should not only enhance its governance capability and independent technology innovation capability,but also practice innovation on environmental protection,the issue of aging,health,education and other social areas.Therefore,This paper attempts to analyze the interaction between enterprises innovation and social innovation to elaborate How to play the complementary relationship of enterprise's innovation and social innovation and throngh that way to meet the objective of minimizing the cost of society and harmonious society.
