Discussion on the Key Role of the Talents on Developing University Science and Technology

  • 摘要: 本文指出了人材是搞好高校学科建设的关键.从"跨越式"学科发展需要人才、发挥各层次人才在学科建设中的作用和人才建设中需要注意的几个问题等方面作了较充分的论述.

     

    Abstract: The issue that the talents are the key to develop university science and technology is discussed in this paper.The issue is especially considered for the leaping development.The method of how to introduce talents and the way of how to exert the roles of talents on different layers are described.Also a few criterions needed to be noticed are given to train talents.
