论治疗取向舞蹈教育在提高当代大学生心理素质中的作用及其方案设计

On Its Role and Program Design of the Therapeutically-oriented Dance Education in Improving the Contemporary Psychological Quality

  • 摘要: 针对当代大学生的心理素质教育,探讨了治疗取向舞蹈教育提高大学生心理素质的原理,倡导在高等院校开展实施治疗取向舞蹈教育,并初步进行了方案设计。治疗取向舞蹈动作主要引导学生体验舞蹈动作所带来的身体感受,尤其是与团体成员肢体交流的感受和团队协作精神,从而深层次地了解自己的心理状态,最终达到身心和谐统一、自我完善的目的。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the psychological quality education of the contemporary college students,we discussed the principle of the treatment-oriented dance education and advocated its implementation in colleges and universities.And further,we conducted a preliminary designing scheme.The dance is mainly to guide the students to experience the bodily feelings,in special the bodily contact and the team cooperation spirit brought by the movement.By that,they can deeply understand their state of mind,thereby achieving harmony and unity of physical and mental,and reach the self-improvement purposes at last.
