Abstract: The goal of grid management is to reorganize resources and enhance the efficiency of management. Therefore,the introduction of the idea of grid management into the vocational education management system for the city farm laborers to form the grid management pattern may solve effectively the problems existing in the vocational education management for the city farm laborers. The grid management system includes two big grid systems and three application platforms. It establishes the adaptive mechanism through the resources grid and the service grid. In order to guarantee its effective operation,we should establish the coordination system.
