大学生就业能力与社会需求匹配状况分析——基于江西高校的调查

Study on Matching between College Students' EmploymentAbility and Social Demands——Based on the Investigation of Jiangxi University

  • 摘要: 大学生充分就业是社会和谐发展的一个重要方面,大学生的就业能力与社会需求匹配程度决定了大学生的就业程度。通过对江西高校大学生就业能力与社会需求匹配状况的调查,发现大学生在创新能力、动手能力、社会责任感、人际能力等方面与需求的匹配程度较低,主要原因是高校的育人机制方面存在问题,同时在人力资本理论、资源基础观理论、学术资本理论和人职匹配理论等方面的应用存在不足。提升大学生就业能力与社会需求匹配程度,需要在高校、用人单位、政府、大学生等主体之间构建静态机制和动态机制。

     

    Abstract: Full employment of college students is an important aspect of the harmonious development of society.The matching degree between college students employment ability and social demands determines the degree of college Students employment.By the matching condition investigation between the above two aspects in Jiangxi universities,we found that matching degree in practical ability, innovation ability, social responsibility, interpersonal ability of college students is very lower,the main reason lay in the problems of education system in universities,at the same time,it is also lack of the application in the human capital theory, resource based view theory, academic capital theory and person job matching theory.There need to constructs a static mechanism and dynamic mechanism among government, employers, government and college students in order to enhance the matching degree between employability of college students and social demands.
