“三讲”教育与抗战时期干部教育的比较研究

A comparison between the party’s “Three Advocate’s” education and the cadre education in the anti-Japanese War

  • 摘要: 本文比较党在两个不同历史时期的干部教育,认为新时期党的"三讲"教育与抗日战争时期相比,虽然国内外形势、干部队伍状况、党内存在的主要问题发生了很大变化,但是干部教育的指导思想、基本原则和目标宗旨是一致的,从本质上来讲,"三讲"是对抗战时期干部教育的丰富和发展.

     

    Abstract: This thesis compares the party cadre education in the two different historical periods. It deems that, comparing the "Three Advocate's" education(To stress theoretical study, political awareness, good conduct) in the new situation with that similar education in the anti-Japanese War, the dramatic changes have surely taken place in the internal and foreign situation, the cadre situation and the main problems in the party, but the guiding theories and the basic principles are still in line with the objective and tenet. In essence, the "Three Advocate's" education enriches and inherits the cadre education in the period of anti-Japanese War.
