Abstract: Domestic violence refers to violence which happens between family members. It seriously impairs the victims' mental health,destroys the stability and development of our society and invites the concern of the whole society. We must establish a solid prevention and cure supporting system which includes law,society,education,etc. in an effort to achieve better social effects through rendering sounder,more detailed,more appropriate assistance to those victims.
