Abstract: Cultivating national defense students by reliance on regular institutions of higher learning has ten-year experience.How to integrate the cultivation in college with requirement of troop is a key problem of cultivating national defense students.This thesis investigates the job status of national defense students in troop,and analyses the basic structure status,basic quality status,professional status and career status.The authors find out that there are many factors influencing and limiting the improvement of cultivating national defense students,including training plan,teaching forces and teaching facilities as well as national defence students' own attainment.This paper offers the countermeasures,including strengthening the building of national defence students' ideology and ethics,increasing communication with the troop and establishing the teaching system embodying military demeanour and normal system.
