Abstract: Principal accountability system under the leadership of the Party committee has been established as a basic leadership system in public higher education universities through repeated explorations and practices.It has been proved to be correct and feasible through years of exploration and practice.Meanwhile,some important issues should be addressed and be further improved and perfected in the process of practice and operation.Integrating the practice of NanChang Hangkong University Principal Accountability system under the leadership of the Party committee,this paper puts forward some reflections on further upholding and improving principal accountability system based on the profound grasp of the scientific essence of this system.
