摘要: 进入转型期,传统的社会整合机制衰微,迫切需要构建新的社会整合机制.而近年来大量涌现出来的非营利组织,其所追求的价值理念和作为社会中间层的地位,使其能在转型期的社会整合中发挥积极的促进作用.

Abstract: During the period of social transformation,the traditional system of social integrity declines,which makes it necessary to construct new system of social integrity.In the recent years,more and more non-profit organizations emerge,whose value and intermediate social position make them play active role in the promotion of social integrity.
