民营企业人才资源管理现状分析及对策
Analysis and countermeasures of the actuality of human resource management in the nongovernmental enterprises

摘要: 人才资源是第一资源,是企业取得和维系竞争优势的关键要素。改革开放以来,我国民营经济获得了蓬勃发展,成为国民经济的重要组成部分。但是,企业内部人才资源的危机已成为当前制约民营企业良性发展的瓶颈。人才危机,说到底是人才资源管理问题。基于此,论文首先分析了民营企业人才资源的现状,找出人才资源管理中存在的问题,进而分析论证问题存在的原因,最后对加强民营企业人才资源管理进行了对策研究。Abstract: Human resources are the first resources, which are the key factors for enterprises to obtain and keep their advantages. Since the implementation of reform, our nongovernmental enterprises have made great progress in economy and become the important part of national economy. But the crisis of human resources inside the enterprises becomes the bottleneck which restrains the good development of the nongovernmental enterprises. The talent crisis lies in the human resource management. The paper analyses the actuality of the human resources of the private enterprises and finds out the problems of human resource management and then analyses the reasons for these problems. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures for strengthening the human resource management in the nongovernmental enterprises.
