Theoretical Interpretation and Approach Analysis of Governance of Industrial Cluster by Local Government

  • 摘要: 治理是地方政府作用于产业集群的有效方式,是市场经济条件下政府经济职能在产业集群发展中的表现.地方政府治理产业集群基于市场经济中政府的一般经济职能和其"经济人"特征.地方政府治理产业集群的路径有二:从政府强力干预到多元化治理;从依靠市场自发力量、政府参与到多元治理.

     

    Abstract: The governance is effective for the local governments to control industrial cluster in that they can implement their economic functions and play the role of economic man.The governance is effected through government intervention,plural governance,reliance on market mechanism,government participation as well.
