Abstract: This paper makes research into the development of undertaking education and the feasible model of undertaking incubator in colleges and universities, thinking that the undertaking incubator in colleges and universities should and must realize "the double hatching functions" of incubating enterprises and talents and that colleges and universities should establish the pioneering education system combined with incubators. It puts forward the goal, content and measures of strengthening students'pioneering spirit.
