  • 摘要: "尚贤使能"是荀子人才观的核心,其主要内容涉及人才的重要性、人才标准、人才选拔、人才使用和考核等,作者就这些内容作了评述,并分析其现代意义。

     

    Abstract: Esteeming and appointing the person with virtue and ability is the kernel of Xun zi's view on talents.Its main contents include five parts, namely, the importance of talents, the criterion of talents, the selection of talents, the utilization and the test of talents. The author comments on them, and analyzes its contemporary significance.
