Abstract: Marxist modernization theory is a great treasure house,whose vigorous vitality is vividly shown in China's modernization practice.The creation of a new socialist modernization way by the Chinese Communist Party with the central representation of Comrade Deng Xiaoping has turned a new page in the twentieth century modernization theory and practice.China's experiences in socialist modernization play a decisive role in her reassance in the twenty first century,and her promising future in socialist modernization is in itself a great contribution to the world wide modernization process.During the course of this great practice, it is the duty of all those working on Marxist theory to push forward the research and creation of modernization theory.
