Abstract: The software industry is a leading pillar industry of nationa leconomy.Many Countries give great priority to the development of the software industry and attaches great importance to the competitive power of the software industry.At presen,the software industry of our country lacks the competitive ability on the whole because software enterprises are not strong and sofwtare industry development environments are a lsonotideal.To promote our country software industry competitive ability,we should implement the big compa-nystrategy and cultivate the software main stay enterprises to have the stronger technical innovation ability,and train the sofwtare talents so as to provide the intelligence support for the sofwtare industry development,and construct aflexible policy environment,a good financial environment and a social environment for the protection of the software in tellectual property rights.
