  • 摘要: 本文从分析当前高校教学管理队伍的状况、存在的问题和困难出发,阐明教学管理人员必须具备的素质要求,并提出建立一支高质量的教学管理队伍的思路和措施.

     

    Abstract: This paper analyses the status quo of the teaching management contingent in colleges and universities and the existing problems, elaborates the qualities that the teaching managers must have and puts forward some measures for building a teaching management contingent with high quality.
