Abstract: As a sunrise industry in twenty-first Century, Cultural industry is one of the most potential industries. In this paper, by means of SWOT model which used in enterprise strategy analysis, the author analysed the present situation of Yangzhou cultural industry in detail, then described the development of Yangzhou cultural industry from internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats. And last, in order to provide beneficial reference for the development of Yangzhou culture industry, the author gave strategic choices about how to add radiance and beauty to each other between ancient culture and modern civilization.
