Abstract: This paper explores some countermeasures to enforce national defense students' ability of grass-roots civilization in army. Firstly,we should let students understand the importance of grass-roots unit cultural work in army. Secondly,we should research the teaching reform and innovation in the course of grass-roots unit cultural work in army,and extend the classroom knowledge to campus culture. Finally,we should incorporate national defense students' club in some institutes, and develop the function of the students' club,so as to enforce national defense students' ability of grass-roots unit cultural work in army.
