Abstract: Based on studying and realizing that the clear characteristics of Jiang Zemin's important dissertation is liberating thoughts,being practical and realistic,advancing with the times,deploitation and innovation.It is put forward that Jiang Zemin thought on science and technology is concentrated in the innovative ideas which mainly include the aspects of training talents, enhancing knowledge innovations with self-determination,developing high-tech industries with the support of technical innovations,and pushing the innovations of administrant system and mechanism setc.
