Educational informationization and its performance evaluation

  • 摘要: 实施教育信息化是实现教育创新重要途径,教育信息化是一项复杂的社会系统工程,对教育信息化进行绩效评价,是制定各项方针政策与发展战略的依据.本文论述了教育信息化的内涵、发展阶段、基本内容以及实施策略等,提出了教育信息化三维综合评价模型,建立了教育信息化综合评价指标体系,采用灰色理论方法对教育信息化进行综合评价.

     

    Abstract: It's a very important way for innovation to put educational informationization into practice.The educational informationization is a complex systematic engineering and performance evaluation of educational informationization is the grounds for the government to make policies and developmental strategies.This paper discusses connotation,developmental phase,basic content and implementation strategy,puts forward the three-dimension evaluating model,establishes the comprehensive index system of educational informationization and uses the gray theory method to evaluate educational informationization in an all-round way.
