“入世”后中国人力资源开发面临的机遇与挑战

The Opportunity and Challenge of the Chinese Human Resource Development Rafter China’s Entry of WTO

  • 摘要: "入世"后,中国人力资源开发面临人才成长与发展的环境危机,但"入世"也使国人增强了尊重知识、尊重人才的意识,加强了国家之间的交流与合作.面对机遇和挑战,我们应当高度重视人力资源的开发,大力发展教育,加大人才制度的改革,建立和健全人才录用与激励机制.

     

    Abstract: After "Entry Of WTO",China faces the crisis of talents' improvement in the area of development of human resource management.However,"Entry Of WTO"makes people enhance the consciousness of respecting knowledge and talents,promote cooperation and exchange between different countries.Facing the opportunities and challenges,we should highly emphasize the development of human resource、education and the reform of personnel administration system,establish and improve the measure system of employment、methods of prompting.
