Abstract: The development of university students' innovation ability is the new need in the knowledge economy era. Centered on the development of innovation personnel, this paper introduces the building of training environment for university students' innovation ability.The development method of university students' innovation ability is explored in classroom teaching,experiment teaching,graduation project and so on.At last,some practice experience of university students' innovation ability training is discussed.
