Review on the Research into the Influence of Human Resource Management System on the Organizational Performance

  • 摘要: 在人力资源管理理论研究与实践过程中,我们常常会考虑人力资源管理职能如何对组织的绩效有贡献,本文分析并评述了研究者分别从单项人力资源管理活动发展到人力资源管理系统(如最佳管理实践和战略人力资源)对组织绩效的影响的研究成果.

     

    Abstract: In the theoretical research and practice of HRM, we often consider how HRM influences organizational performance. This paper analyses and reviews researchers' research results of the influence of development of single HRM function to HRM system (such as optimum practices and strategic HRM) on the organizational performance.
