Abstract: The main purpose of migrant rural workers' employment in cities is to make more money.But the second generation migrant workers pay more attention to self-development.Migrant workers usually get their jobs from acquaintances.But another way to get job of the second generation migrant workers is recruitment.The analysis shows that the wage of migrant workers of two generations has no remarkable difference.Job hopping ofmigrant workers is frequent.The reason of the first generation migrant workers' job mobility is wage,but the reason of another shows diversification.The government should increase education and training investment in rural labor,play the role of organizing and coordinatingmigrant worker's employment,and provide institutional guarantee for migrant workers'urbanization.
