Abstract:
At present, when there is a relative shortage of sports talents in county areas of our country, exploring the formation mechanism and practical approach of the “low mobility and high growth” model of county sports talents driven by the dual dimensions of new quality productivity and integrated urban-rural development holds significant theoretical value and practical significance. Research shows that through the technological innovation empowerment of new quality productive forces, the transformation of training methods and the optimization of talent elements, as well as the role of urban-rural policy coordination, the flow of sports resources and the identification with local culture in the integrated development of urban and rural areas, the development predicament of sports talents in county areas can be alleviated. Relying on mechanisms such as innovative training models, optimized resource integration, talent guarantee systems, and digital intelligence-driven decision-making, it can effectively play a dual dimensional driving role. Combining the county-level practical cases in provinces such as Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian, the realization path for the development of county-level sports talents under the dual dimensional drive is proposed.
