Abstract:
Red aviation cultural resources play a vital role in the talent cultivation of aviation colleges and universities, serving as a precious spiritual wealth that drives their high-quality development and guides students’ growth and success. However, their current application in this process is confronted with practical dilemmas, including the need for systematic integration of educational content, upgrading of educational forms, enhancement of educational atmosphere, and consolidation of the collaborative mechanism among educational subjects. To address these issues, this paper proposes targeted strategies: promoting the in-depth integration of red aviation narratives with theoretical teaching, strengthening emotional identification through immersive experiences, constructing an ecological system of red aviation cultural symbols, and facilitating empowerment via multi-subject linkage. Based on these strategies, a four-dimensional integrated education model covering curriculum, practice, environment and mechanism is established. This model enables the creative transformation of red aviation cultural resources into ideological and political education resources, thereby maximizing the educational effectiveness of red aviation cultural resources in aviation colleges and universities.
