Abstract: The value system of Chinese-style modernization is deeply rooted in the Party’s century-long struggle, refined and elevated through the vibrant practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and shaped into a value consensus of institutional civilization. To deeply explore the value recognition of Chinese-style modernization, it is necessary to focus on three core dimensions: its basic kernel, generative logic, and deepening mechanism. By deconstructing the basic kernel, we clarify “why values are recognized”; by revealing the generative logic, we explain “how recognition is formed”; and by exploring the deepening mechanism, we answer “how recognition is deepened”. The exploration of value recognition in Chinese-style modernization is not only a deep decoding of the success formula of Chinese-style modernization but also forges a value compass for the new form of human civilization. Its significance lies not only in explaining the world but also in effectively resolving conflicting trends through the orderly construction, continuity assurance, and tension regulation of value recognition, reconstructing the logic of practice and value evaluation standards, and becoming a key strategic fulcrum for addressing the “two major landscapes”.
