Abstract:
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized the need to improve institutional mechanisms for developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions. New quality productive forces represent an innovation and advancement of Marxist productive forces theory, a proactive national response to the deepening new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, and an inevitable choice for addressing the complex domestic and international economic challenges and achieving high-quality development. Industry-specific universities play a vital role in shaping new quality laborers, advancing new quality means of labor, and developing new quality subjects of labor. By strengthening the cultivation of top-notch innovative talent, enhancing scientific research and innovation capabilities, and deepening industry-education integration through university-enterprise collaboration, they can provide new quality laborers, key driving forces, and full-chain support for fostering and empowering the development of new quality productive forces.
