  • 摘要: 2023年,联合国教科文组织拉丁美洲及加勒比地区高等教育研究所基于对人工智能时代高等教育的变革及使命认知,发布了《在高等教育中利用人工智能时代:高等教育利益相关者入门指南》,通过对人工智能及其在高等教育领域的应用阐述,从经济、社会、伦理、环境维度系统分析了人工智能时代高等教育的转型及风险挑战,并设计了负责任地将人工智能融入高等教育的实用指南。纵览全文,探寻人工智能时代负责任的高等教育未来业已成为高等教育利益相关者的必修功课。也因此,对于该指南的解读当进一步延伸到广阔的理念、联结、善治、人本领域,以更加全面、批判的视角看待人工智能时代高等教育的高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: In 2023, the Harnessing the Era of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: a Primer for Higher Education Stakeholders was released by the UNESCO Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC) based on its knowledge of the transformation and mission of higher education in the era of artificial intelligence. By elaborating on AI and its applications in higher education, it systematically analyzes the transformation and risk challenges of higher education in the era of AI from the economic, social, ethical, and environmental dimensions, and devises a practical guide that can effectively integrate AI into higher education. Throughout the text, exploring the future of effective higher education in the era of artificial intelligence has also become a must for higher education stakeholders. Therefore, the interpretation of the guide should be further extended to the broader areas of philosophy, connectivity, good governance, and humanism, in order to take a more comprehensive and critical view of the quality development of higher education in the era of AI.
