Abstract: Chinese-style rural governance modernization is an important part of Chinese-style governance modernization as well as a key area of the national governance system and capacity in the new age. The Chinese-style rural governance modernization system, which features the integration of governance in five areas, is an achievement driven by past and present policies, theories, practices, conflicts and productivity. The basic structure of the five-governance integration governance system is the organization presence, value presence, people presence, rule presence and science and technology presence, all of which are included in good rural governance. The key to its implementation lies in emphasizing the initiative and reality of the party’s leading position in central rural work, highlighting virtue-based governance and the leading and disciplining role of two-way regulation, reflecting the internal driving force and effectiveness of village self-governance and achieving effective supply and implementation of grassroots legal resources using intelligent governance and technological means. Practice shows that the five-governance integration rural governance system is sure to be the Chinese-style rural governance model with the Communist Party as the center, virtue governance as the fundamental, self-governance as the basis, intelligent governance as the path and law-based rule as the guarantee.
