总体国家安全观视域下高校意识形态安全建设存在的问题及改进路径

Problems and Improvement Approaches of Ideological Security Construction in Colleges and Universities From the Perspective of the Holistic View of National Security

摘要: 高校意识形态安全是总体国家安全重要组成部分，肩负着立德树人的根本任务，是培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的重要基地。实现高校意识形态安全，必须以总体国家安全观为遵循，对新时代高校意识形态工作存在的问题进行分析，并在此基础上通过树立安全理念、完善体制机制、强化思政教育和加强队伍建设等四个方面加强高校意识形态安全建设。

Abstract: The ideological security of colleges and universities is an important part of the overall national security, shouldering the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, and is an important base for training new people to assume the responsibility of national rejuvenation. To realize the ideological security of colleges and universities, we must follow the holistic view of national security, analyze the problems existing in the ideological work of colleges and universities in the new era. On this basis, we must strengthen the ideological security construction of colleges and universities by establishing the security concept, improving the system and mechanism, strengthening the ideological and political education and strengthening the team building.
