Abstract: During the period of the Central Soviet Area, the Communist Party of China insisted on proceeding from reality, and further strengthened the publicity of Marxist revolutionary theory, the basic theory of the Party, the line, principles and policies. At the same time, the influence of the Party and the Red Army was expanded and the class consciousness of the people in the Soviet Area was awakened. People’s political identification was strengthened and their enthusiasm for political participation was increased through the comprehensive use of interest driven, ideological driven, emotional driven, organizational driven and other publicity and mobilization methods. These measures not only ensured the implementation of the policies and guidelines of the Party and the Soviet government, but also vigorously promoted the process of political, economic and social construction in the Central Soviet Area. The way of propaganda and mobilization in the Central Soviet Area organically combined the leadership of the Party with the dominant position of the people, combined “indoctrination” with “infiltration”, and combined solving practical problems with solving ideological problems, which realized the unity of “knowledge, emotion, will, and action” and improved the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization.
