航空科技智库建设:和谐耦合微观机制与实现路径基于航空类高校的分析

Harmonious Coupling Micro-mechanism and Realization Path of the Construction of Aviation Science and Technology Think TankBased on the Analysis of Aviation Universities

  • 摘要: 航空科技智库是推动航空产业快速发展的重要支撑,并为航空产业的发展和决策提供最优理论与方法论的指导。运用和谐管理理论揭示高校航空科技智库建设“能动致变的演化”与“设计优化的控制”的微观耦合机制,通过对5所航空高校的问卷调查,利用因子主成分法归纳出高校航空科技智库建设的影响因素。研究结果表明,航空内涵、航空文化、航空服务、航空融合是影响高校航空科技智库形成的主要因子。高校航空科技智库建设应该遵循航空主学科非均衡化发展、航空科技人才动态化培养、航空产学融合交互式耦合、航空文化基因传播路径等方式来协同实现。

     

    Abstract: The aviation science and technology think tank is the key support for the rapid development of the aviation industry, which provides the best theory and methods for the development and decision-making of the aviation industry. Based on the application of harmonious management theory, the paper reveals the micro coupling mechanism of “dynamic and variable evolution” and “control of design optimization” in the construction of aviation science and technology think tanks in colleges and universities. Through the questionnaire survey of five aviation colleges and universities, the influencing factors of the construction of aviation science and technology think tanks in colleges and universities can be summarized by using factor principal component method. The research results show that aviation connotation, aviation culture, aviation service and aviation integration are the main factors affecting the formation of aviation science and technology think tanks in universities. The construction of aviation science and technology think tanks in universities should follow the path of unbalanced development of the main aviation disciplines, dynamic training of aviation science and technology talents, interactive coupling of industry-university integration and aviation culture gene transmission.
