培养目标与基本心理需要契合对大学生学习收获的影响

Impact of Training Goals Align With Basic Psychological Needs to the Study Gains for College Students

  • 摘要: 基于基本心理需要理论和目标设置理论,通过问卷调查法,采用多项式回归与响应面进行分析,探讨培养目标与基本心理的3个层次的匹配情况对大学生学习收获的影响。结果表明:培养目标与胜任(能力)需要匹配时,二者的联合效应与大学生的学习收获有正向影响。培养目标与心理需要匹配呈现差异时,对学习收获的影响是不同的,具体表现为:高培养目标与高关系需要、低培养目标与低关系需要的匹配情况对大学生的学习收获影响不明显;高培养目标与低自主需要、低培养目标与高自主需要的匹配情况对大学生的学习影响是正向的。以上结论可以为目标管理提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of basic psychological need and the theory of goal setting, the impact of the matching of training goals and three levels of basic psychology on the learning harvest of college students was discussed through the questionnaire survey method and polynomial regression and response surface analysis. The results show that when the training goal and competency (ability) need to match, the combined effect between of them has a positive impact on the learning gains of college students. When the matching of training goals and psychological needs shows differences, the impact on learning gains is different. The matching of high training goals and high relationship needs, and the matching of low training goals and low relationship need do not have an obvious impact on the learning harvest of college students. The matching of high training goals and low autonomy need, and low training goals and high autonomy need have a positive impact on the learning of college students. The above conclusions can provide theoretical guidance for objective management.
