Abstract: Jiangxi is the traditional major province for developing aviation, which occupies a significant position in aspect of aviation manufacturing and R&D. With the growing attention paid to aviation industry by other provinces, Jiangxi is facing a great impact with the problem of shortage of think tank talent in general aviation showing up. The paper did research on the background in Jiangxi aviation industry and found out the strengths of developing aviation industry for Jiangxi. By considering the relevant factors like the subject, object and external environment in knowledge ecological network, systematic analysis of the prominent problems in the process of cultivating think tank talents for general aviation industry was performed. As a result, establishing media platform for collaboration among government, enterprise and university, and the knowledge ecological network integration of record education and vocational education will be the key factors for solving the difficulty in the think tank talent training in general aviation of Jiangxi province.
