Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the rapid development of new intelligence media technology has accelerated cultural dissemination, and it has also brought new aspects of youth cultural confidence. National strength, digital intelligence technology, party leadership and youth cultural consciousness are regarded as the aspects of the “four-dimensional kinetic energy” for improving the youth cultural self-confidence. However, due to the resistance of western ideology, the coercion of capital and technology in the new media era, as well as the dilemma of self-cultural narrative mode, there are still many hidden worries in the improvement of youth cultural self-confidence. Paying attention to the new trends in the ideological struggle between China and the West, breaking free from the capital and technological barriers in the new media era, preventing the cultural gap crisis and the widening of cultural gaps, and paying attention to youth ambivalence are effective measures to prevent and deal with hidden worries.
