Abstract: In the new era, strengthening the party construction at the grass-roots level in rural areas is the central meaning of promoting the rural revitalization strategy, and also provides a strong political guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Although rural grass-roots party organizations have experienced the test of poverty alleviation, there are still multidimensional difficulties in rural grass-roots party building work, such as talent, organization, institutional guarantee and material foundation.
